Bellevue Estate Soil Turning Ceremony

SwoopLand proudly hosted a Soil Turning Ceremony for our residential land development project – Bellevue Estate, Austral.

We feel privileged to have been able to share such an extraordinary milestone in our journey with our business partners, founders, affiliated builders.

We were honoured to have the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Mr Ned Mannoun, attended the event to acknowledge the contribution SwoopLand had made to the community. We’d like to thank Mr Anthony Nicolaou , general manager of Urban Development Institute of Australia, for attending; a big shout out to our project management consulting partner, Craig & Rhodes Colliers, represented by Director Frank Carrozza.
