🎉 Rickard Gardens Groundbreaking Ceremony – A New Chapter Begins 🌿

We proudly marked the official groundbreaking of Rickard Gardens Estate at 66 Rickard Rd, Leppington — a premium Swoopland community where heritage meets innovation in the heart of Sydney’s South West.

More than 70 guests joined us to celebrate this exciting milestone. The site, once a WWII-era vegetable garden that nourished the community, is anchored by a cherished heritage cottage — a symbol of resilience we’re proud to preserve as we reimagine the land into a modern, thriving neighbourhood.
