Swoopland Joins Bradfield Aerotropolis Forum to Explore Western Sydney Airport Growth

Swoopland was pleased to be invited to today’s Aerotropolis Forum in Penrith, hosted by the Bradfield Development Authority
It was inspiring to hear the latest updates on the Western Sydney International Airport, the Aerotropolis, and the major infrastructure projects shaping the future of Western Sydney.

The forum highlighted the significant scale of investment and momentum across the region — including approximately $28 billion in government infrastructure investment and more than $21.5 billion in the planning and development pipeline across the Aerotropolis.

It was also encouraging to hear from key infrastructure partners, including Transport for NSW and Sydney Water, and to see that essential infrastructure delivery is progressing on track to support the airport, surrounding precincts, future jobs, housing, and long-term community growth.

As a local land developer deeply invested in Sydney’s South West Growth Corridor, these updates reinforce our confidence in the long-term future of the region. The Aerotropolis is not just a major infrastructure project — it is a once-in-a-generation transformation that will reshape how Western Sydney lives, works, connects, and grows.

We look forward to seeing the Aerotropolis continue to take shape and are proud to contribute to the growth of vibrant, connected communities across this important corridor.
